Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Add the peanut butter.
  3. Beat mixture well.
  4. Pour batter into a greased or non stick bread tin.
  5. Bake for 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  6. This recipe will make one large loaf or 2 small ones.
