Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients and bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
  2. After cooling, spread with extra peanut butter and chocolate frosting.
