Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Blend in egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, soda, salt, and vanilla.
  4. Add flour and oats; mix well.
  5. Spread in buttered 13-inch by 9-inch inch pan.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
  7. Sprinkle immediately with chocolate morsels.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes to melt; spread chocolate over cookie crust.
  9. Combine powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and enough milk to make a drizzling consistency.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Drizzle evenly over bars.
