Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars well. Blend in beaten egg, peanut butter and vanilla.
  2. Add baking soda, salt and flour. Mix in quick cooking oats. Fold in choice of raisins or chocolate chips.
  3. Spread in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
  4. Enjoy!
