Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove the skin of the roasted peanuts.
  2. Grease a metal plate with little oil and keep aside.
  3. In a heavy saucepan, add sugar and moist it with 5 tbsp of water.
  4. Cook and keep mixing on a low flame till the sugar turns into a light brown caramel.
  5. Add the peanuts into the caramel and mix them quickly.
  6. Drop in the pat of butter and stir.
  7. Quickly pour the sticky mixture onto the greased plate.
  8. Allow it to cool and set.
  9. Break into small pieces and serve.
