Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches or 1 cup fresh peach
  • 1 (8 oz) container vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend, until will mixed.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Enjoy.
