Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat toaster oven to 400*.
  2. Place peach halves, cut side up on an ovenware container.
  3. Sprinkle each with blueberries,brown sugar, butter and lemon juice.
  4. Place in toaster oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
  5. Spoon peaches and berries on individual serving plates.
  6. Add a scoop of low fat ice cream for a finale.
