Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend sugar into cream cheese.
  2. Beat in eggs, sour cream and flour.
  3. Mix in peaches and lemon rind.
  4. Fold in flour. If mixture still runny add extra 1/2 cup flour.
  5. Place mixture in muffin pans, sprinkle with almonds, then sugar.
  6. Put in a pre-heate oven 180C for 25 minutes.
