Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Freeze the can of peaches the night before or you may add ice-cubes to the recipe
  2. Pour the whole can of peaches juice and all in a blender
  3. Pour milk enough to cover and 2 inches over the peaches (if it’s too thick add more milk)
  4. Add enough sugar sweetener or honey to your taste
  5. Blend until well mixed and serve
