Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut up 1 pound of peaches and put in a bowl.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup sugar on peach pieces and place in refridgerator overnight.
  3. Either process in a food processor till pureed or press through a sieve
  4. Mix throughly with milk, cream, and sugar
  5. Process according to ice cream machine instructions.
