Peach Bread Pudding With Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
  3. Chop the peaches and lightly mash them in a mixing bowl
  4. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, eggs and peach liquor; add them to the peaches and mix well
  5. Stir in the hot water, melted butter, cinnamon and vanilla
  6. Stir the bread into the peach and custard mixture until the bread is completely moistened
  7. Turn into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes
  8. To make caramel sauce, combine the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan
  9. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until just slightly thickened
  10. Let cool slightly
  11. Remove the pudding from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving
  12. Serve warm with the caramel sauce
  13. Store leftovers in the refrigerator
