Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream brown sugar, margarine (or butter), peanut butter and buttermilk together.
  3. Combine flour, oats, baking powder, salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients and mix into a smooth dough.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick cookie sheet and flatten with a fork for a criss-cross pattern.
  7. Bake for 8- 10 minutes.
  8. Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool.
  9. Store in an air-tight container to keep the cookies moist.
