Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
  2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning.
  3. Paul's Chicken Rub: Substitute 3 tablespoons dried oregano for the brown sugar, and store in an airtight container. Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
