  1. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in balsamic vinegar,garlic, oregano,and mushrooms.
  3. Saute for 20 - 30 minutes, or until tender.
  4. They have such a nice flavor with the garlic, vinegar and oregano. Hope you enjoy them.
