Pasta With Marscapone Cheese And Walnuts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions then drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan cook the green onion in butter over medium high heat for 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat and add mascarpone cheese and cook and stir until cheese melts.
  4. Add milk and stir until sauce is smooth then stir in parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour sauce over pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
