Ingredients:

  • 375 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 700 g tomatoes , sieved
  • 2 oz cheese , cheddar

Directions:

  1. Cook Pasta
  2. Mix tomatoes and pesto together and heat gently.
  3. Stir in creme fraiche - do not boil!
  4. Mix with pasta. Top with cheese and broil until golden.
