Veggie pasta bake with creamy sauce - hearty meal. Serve with csteamed veg.

Ingredients:

375 g pasta

2 tbsp pesto sauce

700 g tomatoes, sieved

3 tbsp creme fraiche

2 oz cheese, cheddar

Directions:

1. Cook Pasta
2. Mix tomatoes and pesto together and heat gently.
3. Stir in creme fraiche - do not boil!
4. Mix with pasta. Top with cheese and broil until golden.
