Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prep time does not include cooking of chicken.
  2. These are great for leftover chicken too!
  3. First salad:
  4. Mix mango glaze with mayo, curry powder and onion together.
  5. In another bowl toss chicken, raisins and onions and apples
  6. Add dressing to chicken and toss
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Serve on mixed greens
  9. Second salad
  10. Mix the raspberry sauce, vinegar and dill.
  11. Slowly add oil to incorporatre and make a dressing
  12. In separate bowl add, chicken, apple, nuts and onions.
  13. Toss with dressing
  14. Season with salt and pepper
  15. Chill 1 hour
  16. Serve over greens
