Ingredients:

  • peeled and halved lengthways parsnips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 11/2 tsp ground cumin

Directions:

  1. Preparation method
  2. 1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  3. 2. Toss the parsnips with the olive oil and cumin and put in a baking tray. Sprinkle with thyme and roast for 45 minutes or until golden. Serve.
