Parmesan Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup. buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup. sugar
  • 1/3 cup. butter; melted
  • 1 tsp. grated onion

Directions:

  1. Combine 1st 5 ingredients in a lrg. bowl.
  2. In a second bowl, beat the next 4 ingredients.
  3. Stir wet into dry just until moistened.
  4. Fold in zucchini & onion.
  5. Por into greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake 350F for 1 hour or intil toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes before removing bread from pan to wire rack.
