Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bread
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium.
  2. Lightly spread butter on 1 side of each slice of bread.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Grill bread until just lightly toasted. TOAST ONE SIDE ONLY!
  5. Serve hot.
