Parmesan Potatoe Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese - fresh if possible.
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Bake at 400 degrees
  2. In a plastic bag, combine first 5 ingredients. Cut each potatoe into 4 or 8 wedges depending on size of potatoe. Cover wedges with oil and then shake in cheese mixture.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake till done. We like our slightly crispy.
