Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush cornflakes to 1/2 cup.
  2. Add cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Dip pork chops in beaten egg and coat evenly with cornflake mixture.
  4. Place on a well greased or foil lined shallow baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350/F for approx.
  6. 1 hour or until cooked.
  7. Do not cover or turn pork while baking!
