Ingredients:

  • 12 cups popped corn
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Place half a cup of unpopped kernels into popper with canola oil. While it's popping put your parmesan cheese into a blender or coffee grinder and blend until super fine so it will stick to your corn. Once popped throw into a paper bag*, drizzle with butter and toss with parmesan cheese, add salt to desired taste.
  2. *Use a paper bag for two reasons. First because, you need lots of room to move so the coating will stick easily, and secondly the paper bag will allow the steam in the popped corn to build up in the bag without condensing on the bag itself and turning the popped corn mushy. The steam is also essential to helping the coating adhere.
