Parmesan Baked Halibut

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Coat baking dish with oil.
  2. Rinse and dry fish.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl.
  4. In a seperate bowl, beat egg and milk together.
  5. Dip halibut into egg mixture, then coat with Parmesan cheese mixture.
  6. Bake at 500 degrees until halibut is opaque (approximately 15 minutes).
  7. Be careful not to overbake.
