Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai or wok.
  2. Add onions and fry them till golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, and cook till soft.
  4. Add potato pieces, garam masala, chilli powder and salt.
  5. Cook on low flame for 4 minutes,stirring thoroughly.
  6. Add the paneer and green chillies and mix well.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Coat one side of bread slices with butter and place on a hot tawa.
  9. Keep it on low flame till bread turns crisp only on one side.
  10. Cut the bread slices in triangular shapes.
  11. Now, spread the vegetable mixture on the uncooked side and garnish with coriander.
  12. Finish with tomato sauce and mint chutney (optional).
  13. NOTE:For the calorie conscious, dry toasting can be done instead of butter.
  14. But one side has to remain soft.
