Pan Fried Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • large onion
  • medium size green pepper
  • medium size red pepper
  • 1 samll hot pepper
  • 2 tbsp of garlic
  • 2 tbsp your favorite terayaki marinade

Directions:

  1. Cut all peppers and onion
  2. Heat large skillet and add olive oil
  3. Saute peppers and onions
  4. Add cabbage tossing the peppers and onions
  5. Add garlic to cabbage
  6. Add terayaki marinade
  7. Salt and Pepper
  8. Let cook in pan for 20 minutes or unitl cabbage is done but still a bit of a crunch
