  1. Muddle orange wedges in shaker till broken up. Add cream oc coconut,pineapple juice and rum.
  2. Dry shake without ice and pour over crushed ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
  3. Grat a generous amt. of nutmed and garnish with pineapple stick (if desired)
