Paige's Homemade Energy Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Heat brown rice syrup, salt, cinnamon, protein powder, & a dash of water until well combined and less viscous.
  2. Add to mixture of oats & chopped almonds.
  3. Stir and press into PAM'd dish using wet hands.
  4. Chill & cut into desired amount of squares.
  5. Wrap up and store in freezer or fridge.
  6. Enjoy!
