Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/ tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoo cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and spices; blend into sugar mixture.
  3. Add apples, nuts and vanilla.
  4. Place in greased 10 x 6 in pan.
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
  6. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream...
