Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a 8x8 baking dish
  2. Cut potatoes in half and slice, layer on bottom of pan
  3. Cut and slice onions and put a layer on top of potatoes
  4. Sprinkle garlic across top of onion
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Layer of potatoes, onion and garlic until all ingredients are used
  7. Spray top with butter spray ,optional
  8. Bake 450 for 40 to 45 minutes uncovered to get crunchy
