Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Wash and cut potatoes into small cubes. Toss with hands in olive oil, sea salt and garlic powder. Place potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Place on Broil for 15 minutes.
