Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. Mix oil and seasonings together in bowl.
  4. Add potatoes and make sure all are coated well with mixture.
  5. Place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes turning once.
  7. ** I have used different seasonings such as minced garlic, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, if you experiment you'll find the right flavor for you and your family. :o)
  8. I serve these with crumbled bacon and melted shredded cheese sometimes with ranch, and sometimes with no toppings and just ketchup, they are delicious anyway you decide.
