  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes, leaving skin on. slice into 1/2 rounds, cut the rounds into 1/2 finger shaped pieces.
  3. Toss with the oil, cayenne, garlic powder and salt.
  4. On baking sheet, spread the fries in a single layer and roast, stirring every 10mins. until brown and tender, 30-35mins.
