Oven Roasted Hot Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart pecan halves
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except salt; mix well.
  2. Spread in a baking sheet. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes, stir frequently.
  3. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.
