Oven roasted Cauliflower with Tumeric and Ginger

  • 3 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  2. Tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. Tablespoon black mustard seeds
  4. Jalapeno, finely diced
  5. Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  6. Teaspoon turmeric
  7. Head cauliflower, cut into florets
  8. Salt
  9. Directions
  10. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  11. Whisk together the oil, mustard seeds, jalapeno, ginger, and turmeric in a small bowl.
  12. Place cauliflower in a medium baking dish and toss with the flavored oil and season with salt. Roast until lightly golden brown and just tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
