Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water or 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a Pyrex baking pan.
  2. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until rice is done.
  3. Good with pork chops.
