Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags.
  2. Combine Parmesan cheese and seasonings then add to potatoes and shake to coat.
  3. Pour oil in two rectangular baking pans then add potato mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered at 375 for 50 minutes.
