Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in large ziplock bag.
  2. Combine Parmesan cheese and spices; add to potatoes and shake to coat.
  3. Pour oil into a 15x10x1-inch baking pan; pour potatoes into pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
