Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • donnie''s cajun seasoning mix (or equivalent) (recipe on my recipe page)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Scrub the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, and then cut each half in thirds lengthwise.
  3. You'll have 6 long wedges from each potato.
  4. Spray large cookie sheet (with sides) with cooking spray then add butter.
  5. Place pan in oven to melt butter.
  6. Remove pan from oven after butter is melted.
  7. Add potatoes to melted butter on cookie sheet.
  8. Spray potatoes with Pam then sprinkle on the onion powder and seasoning mix.
  9. Place cookie sheet back into oven and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and evenly browned.
