Outback Steakhouse Queenland Chicken And Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup dream
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper (to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. onionpowder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cooking times are relitive.
  2. Mix spices togather and mix well - start water for linguine and cook till al dente stage
  3. Place cream and milk in a small sauce pan with butter and 1/2 of the spices
  4. Cook to thicken, set aside
  5. Saute chicken with wine, olive oil and remaining seasoning, until done
  6. Set aside
  7. Saute shrimp in pan, adding more wine if needed.
  8. Serve each breast on a bed of linguine with the shrimp.
  9. Cover with sauce
