Oriental Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place washed and dried spinach in a large bowl.
  2. Combine sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and sesame seeds.
  3. Pour over spinach.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Let set 5 minutes.
  6. Toss again.
  7. Serve.
