Oriental Snow Peas

Ingredients:

  • 1 small lemon
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 (6 oz) bags snow peas
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Grate peel from lemon and set aside.
  2. In a 10inch skillet, heat oil over high heat until hot but not smoking.
  3. Add peas and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove skillet from heat, stir in soy sauce and sugar, sprinkle lemon over the top and serve.
