Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all together in a zip-lock bag.
  2. Add beef, pork, chicken or fish.
  3. Marinate at least 4 hours.
  4. Overnight gives most flavor.
