Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar and packets of seasonings from Ramen noodles.
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. In a skillet toast almonds in a little butter and set aside to cool.
  4. Chop green onions and other vegetables, of your choice.
  5. Mix vegetables with Ramen noodles.
  6. Add broccoli slaw to noodles and vegetables.
  7. Stir in sauce mix and almonds.
  8. Marinate with sauce for about 1 hour.
  9. The longer it sits the more limp the noodles get.
  10. If you want the noodles to be more crunchy eat it sooner.
