Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C/4.
  2. 2. Topping: Mix butter + sugar until fluffy. Add in other ingredients.
  3. 3. Filling: mix berries with other filling ingredients.
  4. 4. Pour into baking dish + spoon butter dots over berry mixture. Spoon dollops of topping over berry mix.
  5. 5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
