Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups sugar , plus
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat butter on low until creamy.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating on med.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Combine dry ingredients.
  6. Alternately add dry mix and milk.
  7. Toss the blueberries with the 2 t flour.
  8. Fold into batter.
  9. Divide between 24 greased muffin cups.
  10. Make Topping.
  11. Combine flour, sugar and butter to make crumbs.
  12. Sprinkle on top of muffins.
  13. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
