Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the tops of tomatoes (maybe a quarter of the tomato?).
  2. Place in an oven-proof dish.
  3. Beat the butter with the oregano, garlic, Parmesan cheese and pepper and salt.
  4. Spread mixture on cut side of each tomato.
  5. Broil tomatoes under medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, just until top is golden. Tomatoes should hold their shape, so keep an eye on these!
  6. Enjoy!
