Orange Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • some coriander leaves
  • for the dressing
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp soya sauce

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes , carrot and orange into small pieces(remove seeds and outer skin of the orange first) .
  2. Just mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and pour over the salad ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle some coriander and mix well.
