Orange Cinnamon Biscotti

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar, mixed with
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla and orange flavor and peel.
  3. Add dry ingredients mix til combined, just dont over mix.
  4. Form into 2 logs (the length of sheet pan) and place on parchment paper on sheet pan.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon /sugar mixture.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove let cool about 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into slices and place back on sheet pan.
  9. Bake 10 minutes and turn off oven (dont peek) they need to dry out.
